Senior Software Engineer

You'll join a senior engineering team building custom platforms for clients like Takeda, FEIN, and Autobahn Tank & Rast — systems where regulatory requirements are as much a part of the architecture as the data model.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and work directly with clients rather than through layers of project management. Our mission is to build software people love to use — that starts with engineers who care how it feels, not just whether it ships.

• Design and build scalable backend services and web applications for enterprise clients.
• Own features end-to-end — architecture, implementation, review, deployment, and operation.
• Translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into one coherent system logic.
• Build with GDPR and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) designed in, not bolted on.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and raise the bar in code review and technical design.
• Work directly with client stakeholders — you'll be in the room where decisions are made.
